Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or during holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited shipping methods. The estimated delivery times for each method are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery within 5-7 business days (depending on the destination).
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Delivery within 1 business day (available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST).

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The following guidelines apply:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $50 within the United States.
  • Flat-rate Shipping: Shipping fees for orders under $50 will be calculated based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. At this time, international shipping is not available. We are working on expanding our shipping options, so please check back for updates.
