- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or alterations will not be accepted for a return.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to process the return.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Shipping the Item: After receiving the RA number, carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The following applies:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items, depending on the condition of the product and the reason for the return.

- Opened software, opened or used accessories, or any product that cannot be resold as new due to health and safety regulations.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
